"Giving it 4 stars because I have faith this is a good recipe, however, I used a German cut of ribs (Schälrippen vom Schwein) that were VERY thin and essentially had to meat on them. But when you WOULD actually get a bite of meat, this rub and sauce did pack a lot of flavor. I would cut the cayenne pepper in half next time, as it was on the verge of a little too spicy for me, and/or use no chili pepper in the sauce (I used just one dried mini pepper from my garden). When I made the liquid sauce I didn't separate it, because I didn't have a BBQ sauce on hand that I liked. So I just basted as necessary with the same liquid sauce, and was very happy with it. If I had a BBQ sauce I liked, I would like to try using it. Also did on my propane grill, and just turned on half the burners. I did need to turn the burners to about medium / medium high in order to get to 250 degrees. "

"Very simple, but very tasty. Used my starter to make the dough. I used the equivalent of starter to the 1 1/2 tsp of dried yeast, but then just subtracted 50g of water and flour from what the recipe listed. I then let the dough sit out over night to double in size. I tried to put the dough on the grill, and it was NOT happening, so I just cooked it for about 10-15min in 375 degree oven on my pizza stone (as one pizza), then topped it and cooked for about another 5 min to melt the cheese. I didn't measure out the cheese or arugula, but just sprinkled it on until I felt it was right. I used a mixed shredded pizza cheese in place of Taleggio. I used black olives, and not capers. Also used 2 regular sized tomatoes. Lastly, didn't do the infused oil, because I was afraid it would be too hot for me, but might be fun to try."

"Delicious. Roasted the tomatoes, garlic and capers with bread in the oven."

"These were surprisingly really tasty! I'm sure the fish I used also had something to do with it (I used pangasius from Kaufland) too. I basically halved the recipe (2 filets) and that was good for the 2 of us. I also didn't make the broccoli or chutney. Instead I made a mayo based sauce to dip them in (the one I made was just ok, but I would def do another may based sauce). But they were also really tasty on their own too. I didn't toast the coconut, but would like to try that next time. I also used the deep fryer and fried them for 4 min total (at about 375) and they came out perfect. "
