Suggest a better description1. Dry both sides of the salmon and gently rub on the garlic, salt, pepper and dry basil.
2. Heat a saucepan over medium heat with a bit of oil to avoid sticking, add the salmon fillets and allow them to get crispy on one side, about 5 minutes. Flip the fillets, sear for a minute, and add the half cup of wine to the pan. Cover and cook until just cook through. This will likely take another 5 minutes, but will vary depending on thickness of your filet. Use your judgment and watch the center of the fish. Remove.
SALAD:
1. Wash and dry kale, then tear the leaves off the stems and into pieces and a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing.
3. Pour dressing over kale and massage it into the leaves for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Top with a sliced radishes, almonds, and any additional veggies you desire.
5. Fill half of your plate with this awesome salad and eat with a piece of salmon. Make sure to save some salad for your lunch for tomorrow.
For lunch, eat the salad top with sliced avocado, a sliced hard boiled egg, more nuts, seeds or even with quinoa mixed in if you have some leftover.
