7-Grain Oat Molasses Bread is a much healthier version of a grain bread. You can add raisins or dried fruit if you like as well as a few more or different grains and nuts. It is very tasty alone or toasted and buttered. My "NO NUTS, white bread only" grandson LOVES when I make him a grilled PB&J or Grilled cheese sandwich with this bread!
Place ingredients in the pan of your bread machine in the order ingredients are listed. Select wheat bread setting, large loaf, and Start. Sllice into 11 pieces.
Check bread as it is mixing. If too dry, add a bit of water, if too sticky, add a bit of flour. You can add more seeds or different kinds according to your own taste if you like, but may have to adjust liquids as well. For a bit sweeter loaf, increase honey and/or molasses a tablespoon at a time till you reach the sweetness desired.
