AJ Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip with Tortilla Chips SOS

Corn Tortillas (corn and water only)
1. Cut tortillas into quarters.
2. Airfry in preheated oven 325 degrees for 6-7 mins. Flip on tray. Then 5 mins? on second side. Let cool.
Dip
1. Blend cauliflower, lemon juice, garlic, and nutritional yeast.
2. Transfer blender items into bowl.
3. Add artichokes to bowl.
4. Mix.
5. Add spinach to bowl to taste. Start with 1 cup.
6. Mix.
7. Heat in microwave for 90 seconds.
Serve with fresh veggies (carrots, cut colorful peppers, etc.)
