Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter in sauce pan over medium heat, add cream cheese and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth. Add milk little at a time, whisking until smooth and lumps are gone. Stir in Parm cheese and pepper.
I turn the heat down low after everything is melted so the milk does not scorch. It will thicken up quick if it sits to long, just add a little more milk if it does. It makes A LOT!!
