Suggest a better descriptionBoil Pasta shells til soft. Drain, let dry. Separately season, cook, and chop either your chicken or shrimp. In sauce pan mix butter, garlic, milk, cheeses, spinach salt and pepper. Mix meat with alfredo sauce. Fill each cooked pasta shell with alfredo meat sauce. Top with extra parmesan. Preheat oven to 275 and bake for 20 min.
