Always a crowd favorite
Place rolled oats, flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix to blend. Add butter and blend well with fork. Arrange peeled apples in buttered 8"x8" baking dish. Spread oatmeal mixture on top of apples and press down lightly. Bake at 350* about 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
