Good before, during, and after the game
Drain and finely chop artichoke. Add mayonnaise, parmesan milk, mozzarella and garlic salt. Spread into a pan. (it's not necessary to grease or use cooking spray) I usually use a glass pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes. Serve warm. Spread on your favorite cracker.
