Suggest a better descriptionMelt Butter over low heat in a large skillet. Add chopped ramen, saute until brown. Add almonds and sesame seeds, Light Brown. Drain on paper towels and set aside to cool.
In a bowl, mix Bag of cole slaw mix with chopped scallions. Once the ramen mixture with almonds and sesame seeds cools, add to the mix.
Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside once blended.
Just before serving, add the dressing and mix all together well.
