Very easy to make and always a pleaser for my family.
Place chicken breasts into ziplock bag one at a time and pound with cooking mallet until they are no more then 1/2 inch thickness. Set aside.
Lightly grease casserole dish large enough to fit all four pieces.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Open Kraft breadcrumb package found in the cheese section of the grocery store and dump it onto a plate.
Take each chicken breast and place two pieces of cooked bacon down the center. Place 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese over bacon. Starting a one end roll the chicken breast so that bacon and cheese are completely in the center of the roll. Then one at a time roll the chicken in breadcrumb mixture and place in casserole dish with seam side facing down.
Place casserole dish in the preheated oven and cook for 30 minutes. Always check the temperature of your chicken to ensure properly cooked before serving. Temperature should be no less then 150. I tend to cook mine to 160.
When you are pounding out the chicken it may not look perfect but honestly this has never made a difference in the taste of the finished product.
My family likes me to serve this with twice baked potatoes as shown in picture but you can pair it with any sides that you prefer.
