Suggest a better descriptionHeat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add bacon & pancetta. Cook stirring occasion, until bacon & pancetta are brown and crispy (about 10-12 minutes). Remove bacon & pancetta pieces to paper towels. Add potatoes & garlic to pan. Season with 1/4 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until potatoes are golden & cooked through (about 20-25 minutes). Add thyme, cooked bacon & pancetta to skillet & cook 5 minutes. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
