Suggest a better description1. Saute bacon and put on paper towel to drain, but do not wipe out pan.
2. Crumble bacon; set aside.
3. Use pan to saute chopped mushroom stems and onion until soft. Add cream cheese. Stir in crumbled bacon.
4. Stuff mushroom caps with cheese mixture. Place in baking dish and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
