Directions:
* Heat grill to medium-high
* Center one banana on a sheet of foil
* Top with brown sugar and butter
* Sprinkle with cinnamon
* Top with chocolate chips and marshmallows (nuts if desired)
* Bring up foil sides and double-fold top and ends to seal, leaving room for heat circulation inside
* Repeat to make 4 boats
* Grill 4-6 minutes in covered grill
* Serve with whipped cream, cherries and ice cream
