Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with no-stick.
2. In a large bowl combine the eggs, melted butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Stir until combined. Add in bananas.
3. Combine Flour, baking soda, baking powder, 1 tsp Cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Mix. Add 1/3 into wet ingredients and stir. Repeat until all of the dry in combined with the wet. Do not overmix. Mix by hand - ok if a few lumps.
4. pour batter in prepared pan.
5. To prepare crumb topping, in a bowl, combine the 1/2 cup flour with the powdered sugar, quick oats and cinnamon. Mix. Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter until crumbly. Pour over the top of the batter in the pan.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
