Love it!
Mix together sugar, flour, and milk. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly. When it boils, cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Beat egg yolks thoroughly. Add small amount of hot mixture to egg yoks, then pour the rest of the egg yolks into the mixture.
Return to stove. Cook for 2 minutes longer constantly stirring. Remove from heat
Add butter and vanilla.
Slice 1 banana and put into pie crust. Pour 1/2 mixture over. Add 2 more bananas and remaining mixture.
Refrigerate till cool.
