Optional: For a creamier, sweeter latte, add 2 tablespoons honey and 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt *note: I use decaf espresso Combine the soy milk and coffee in a blender. Add the bananas. Blend until smooth. With the blender running, add ice cubes until the desired consistency is reached.
