Beat honey and oil. Add the banana and mix well.
Mix dry and wet. Add hot water.
Mix in raisins and stuff
Can add chopped banana.
Grease the muffin cups. I added sliced banana on the bottom. Spoon the batter.
Oven at 325 for 15-18 min.
Can add a processed mix of oats, walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
Can used 1/2 applesauce 1/2 olive oil.
I added some Splenda.
