1. Stir flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and
sugar. In separate bowl, beat egg with milk, add in
oil, then bananas and lemon juice.
2. Combine liquids with flour mixture and stir just
until combined.
3. Grease pancake griddle and place over medium
heat. Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
4. Cook until puffed, full of bubbles, and dry at
edges. Turn and cook second side.
