Easy recipe to make and can be sized for any group. For dipping sauces I prefer Redhot, Taco Sauce, or Ketchup.
Instructions: Begin browning beef. When partially browned add salt and pepper to taste. Then add onion, Italian seasoning, and taco sauce. Depending on the hamburger, one may need to add more taco sauce. Hamburger should be slightly pasty in moisture. Finish browning and then cool mixture. When cool, blend in mozzarella cheese. Place two heaping tablespoons of filling on each eggroll wrapper and roll up according to the directions on the eggroll package. Deep fry in peanut oil until golden brown. If desired one can dip in a dipping sauce.
