Beef Tips serve with mashed potatoes or rice
Boil the Stew Meat in water with all ingredients except gravy mix until meat is tender stir about every 15 minutes. Watch the water so it does not get too low but DO NOT add too much. When tender add the gravy mix to 1/2 cup cold water and stir well then add to the meat and cook till boils and gets a little thick.
Enjoy over rice or mashed potatoes.
Can also put ALL ingredients in crock pot and cook all day.
