3) Add 1 cup almond milk
4) Add water
5) Add Splenda
6) Add protein power
7) Blend until ice and fruit are puréed consistency

* Feel free to substitute honey, preferred sweetener, or no sweetener at all for Splenda. Assorted Frozen fruit is too tart for my taste. Other sweeteners will affect appetite, feelings of satiation, and hormones differently. Calorie count and dietary breakdown will also be affected.
Be careful to get the protein powder into the liquid. It sticks to the sides and doesn't always come off when blended.
