1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Grease medium baking dish.
3. In small bowl, whisk together butter, sugars and cinnamon.
4. Slice the top off of each apple. Using melon baller or small spoon, scoop out the core.
5. Using a paring knife, make two circular cuts in apples.
6. Place Apple cut side down and slice crosswise, being careful not to cut through core.
7. Place apples cut side up in baking dish. Fill each core with 2 caramel squares.
8. Brush melted butter mixture on top.
9. Bake until tender, about 30 minutes.
10. Serve warm with ice cream and drizzle with caramel.
