Claude’s Blueberry Pie.
Heat convection oven to 425 degrees
Put blueberries in large bowl
Add lemon juice and vanilla
In another bowl put all dry ingredients and mix
Pour dry ingredients over blueberries and mix until they are covered
Put everything in the pie plate
Put 4 or 5 half teaspoons of butter around the pie
Cover with second crust
Put slits in for air
Beat an egg and use pastry brush to cover entire top crust
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 35 minutes
