Desided to make this for my dinner side dish tonight, came out AWESOME!
Wash and chop Potatoes into cubes.
Set Oven on 400 Degrees, Spread out Potatoes onto a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle EVOO, Garlic powder, Salt and Black Pepper onto Potatoes. Put into oven and let bake for 30 minutes.
After Potatoes are done baking, sprinkle Salad Toppin and Bacon bits (optional) on top of cooked potatoes. Mix together, coating ingredients onto potatoes.
