Pour eggs into a nonstick, oven-safe bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Bake eggs for 12-15 minutes.
Place tortilla on a plate.
Carefully place baked eggs on the center of the tortilla.
At one edge, line out the cheese and tightly roll the tortilla into a burrito.
Serve.
