Make ahead breakfast bake
1. Crumble sausage in a medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally. Drain well.
2. Spread bread cubes in a buttered 12 x 8 x 2" baking dish; top with sausage and cheese.
3. Combine eggs, milk, seasonings; beat well and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until set.
