Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Sauté onions & celery. Cook rice & broccoli separately. Mix together broccoli, onions, & celery; add soup. Place rice as a lining in a casserole dish. Pour vegetables on top. Top with grated cheese. Bake 10 minutes.
