Suggest a better description1. Heat oil in stockpot on Med. Add onions, leeks, celery, garlic, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Cook about 10 min, until soft but not browned. Stir in pan-searing flour; cook 1 minute.
2. Add broccoli and stock; bring to simmer on high. Reduce heat to low; simmer about 10 min, until tender. Discard bay leaves.
3. Working in batches, puree soup and yogurt in a blender until smooth, Tip: Use stick blender in stockpot.
4. Garnish with toast and cheese.
