Easy Italian-style chicken dish
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray Non stick spray into a 13x9 pan.
Spread the chicken pieces in the bottom of the pan.
In a medium size bowl. Pour in the tomatoes and juice. Add the
stuffing mix, water, and garlic. Mix until stuffing is moistened.
Sprinkle the basil on top of the chicken.....sprinkle the cheese on
top too.
Top all with stuffing mixture (I used a sandwich bag to spread and
press into chicken).
Bake for approx 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
