A variation of biscuits.
Preheat oven to 450F. Mix together Bisquick and milk to form a soft dough. Place on surface sprinkled with Bisquick. Knead 10 times. Roll dough into a 10 x 6-inch rectangle. Cut in half lengthwise and cut each half into 12 strips. Melt butter; pour half into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Place strips in pan. Pour remaining butter over tops. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
For variety, cut dough into squares, triangles or rounds. Or use cookie cutters for other shapes.
