1. mix all ingredients except oil
2. whisk in oil to create emulsion
3. pour over shrimp and coat well. Marinate for 30-60 minutes
4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
5. bake shrimp in marinade for 10 minutes (for precooked shrimp). bake raw shrimp in marinade for 15-18 minutes.
Serve with bread for dipping
