Great revamp of everyone's favorite comfort food
Chop medium shrimp and andouille sausage. Mix all ingredients except for bell peppers, Alfredo sauce, and single table spoon of Cajun seasoning in a large bowl thoroughly and set aside. Cut each bell pepper in half horizontally and spoon out seeds and hull. Spoon in mixture and place in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes covered with foil. After 45 minutes remove foil and pour Alfredo sauce over bell peppers and sprinkle with cajun seasoning for flavor. Place back in oven for additional 15 minutes. Leave in longer for more tender bell peppers. Remove from oven and enjoy!!
