Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt 1/3 cup of the evaporated milk and with caramels or dip. Mix well 1/3 cup evaporated milk, 3/4 cup butter and the box of cake mix. Pour 1/2 of cake batter into a greased and floured 13x9-inch cake pan (batter will be very stiff). Bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from oven and top with the caramel mixture, nuts and chocolate chips. Dot the remaining batter over top and bake for another 15-17 minutes.
