Suggest a better description1. Rub the meat with all the spices and set in a lightly oiled dutch oven.
2. Chop onion and peel garlic cloves and place around the meat.
3. Pour orange juice over.
4. Cook in oven or grill at 250 degrees F for 4 hours. Check every hour to make sure it does not dry and burn.
5. Crush the meat with a potato masher until is all shredded.
6. Raise the heat to 400 F until most of the liquid is evaporated.
7. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
8. Set the oven to broil and place the meat for 2 or 3 minutes until crisp.
