Low carb and low-gluten option for enjoying guilt-free garlic bread!
1. Grate the cauliflower and press through a a mesh strainer to remove as much liquid as possible. (Other dehydrating methods might work here.)
2. Mix in the egg and cheese plus a few teaspoons of garlic.
3. Form the "dough" into "slices" on a nonstick baking sheet, bake at 350 F for about 5 to 7 minutes per side (can vary depending on thickness, you'll probably want to bake longer for thicker pieces but I wouldn't make it too thick, the structural integrity is s bit on the week side and the thicker it is the more there is in the middle to potentially fall apart. It also helps to use as thin a spatula as possible to lift and flip them. Can also adjust time for browner/crispier pieces.)
4. Remove from oven and top with butter and more garlic.
