One of the most refreshing drinks I have ever tasted. Great treat!
1. Combine 1 cup water and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil until sugar dissolves. Cool completely
2. Process raspberries in a blender. Press raspberry puree through a sieve, discard seeds
3. Stir in sugar syrup, 2 cups of water, and liquor
4. Pour mixture into 11X7 baking dish
5. Cover and freeze 8 hours
6. Scrape mixture with a fork until fluffy
