Cut brussel sprouts in half length wise
boil some water an shock 1-2 minutes (to make soft)
remove center of brussel sprouts
finely chopp up center
Mix: Ricotta, parmesan, bread crumbs, herbs and salt (make too salty because will decrease in saltiness with baking)
add to center of brussel sprouts
fill brussel sprouts with cheese mixture
bake 20 minutes at 400
