Suggest a better descriptionBoil 1 cup water. Place dried cherries in small bowl. Pour over just enough boiling water to cover the cherries. Set aside. Heat drizzle of oil in large pan over high heat. Pat pork chops dry with paper towel. Season all over with salt and pepper. Add to pan and cook 4 min one side and 3 min other side. Remove and let rest 5 min. Add diced onion to pan and cook until softened about 1 min. Stir in cream of chicken soup, jam and cherries and their steeping water. Bring to a simmer and let bubble until reduced by half. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle pork chops with cherries and pan sauce.
