Chicken Alfredo
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place flour in a shallow dish or pie plate. Sprinkle Chicken with salt and coat with flour. Heat
2 tbs. of olive oil in skillet add chicken and cook turning pieces until golden brown 2-4 minutes per side. Place chicken in a 13x9 baking dish. Heat 1tsp olive oil in same skillet, add garlic and onion for 1-2 minutes increase heat to medium high, add whipping cream, Parmesan and pepper. Cook until sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened, 2-3 mins. Spoon sauce over chicken in dish. Bake for 8-12 minutes. Take out of oven and sprinkle with parsley and serve.
