Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a 3-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
Layer broccoli, then chicken, in casserole dish. Add all other items to
the white sauce, and pour over the chicken.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
