Suggest a better descriptionHeat spray oil in pan,add onion and pepper and cook over med heat until soft, set aside. Put a large pan on heat spray chicken with oil, cook add to pan, add curry paste to frying pan and heat for 1 min, stir in toms, and sugar, bring to boil, transfer to pan, return pan to heat add sweet pot, with 100 ml hot water from kettle, boil, reduce heat and simmer cover loosely for 25 mins, until chicken and pots are cooked, add beans and sweetcorn to curry cook, stir in yogurt. Serve.
