Chicken Poutine - Home Made. With Left-Over Chicken or Boneless Chicken Breasts, Chicken/Turkey Gravy, Shredded Cheese Mix & some seasonings. Got yourself a great mix to pour over some Frech Fries...
#1) In a Large Non-Stick Pot with Lid with Heat On, Pour 4 cans of Gravy.
#2) Dice-up Onion & put into gravy mixture.
#3) Put a good dash of Real Bacon Bits & Summer Savory into gravy mixture.
#4) One can of Corn (or left-over corn) & put into gravy mixture.
#5) 4 Boneless Chicken Breats (or left-over chicken), cubed/diced & put into the gravy mixture.
#6) Gently bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, making sure not to burn it. Then turn down to simmer.
Plateing: Then with either Deep Fried or Oven Baked French Fries, put a layer Fries on Dinner Plate, then Spoon Full of Gravy Mixture poured over Fries, then a Layer of Shredded Cheese, another Layer of Fries, then another Spoon of Gravy Mixture & another Dash of Shredded Cheese... Serve & Enjoy...
Usually Cheese Curds is used, but Shredded Cheese works very well & there are a variety of Shredded Cheese, like Tex Mix, Pizza Mix or Cheddar/Mozarella Mix...
