Marinade chicken in soy sauce, miso paste, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and a spoonful of vinegar
reserve a bit of the chicken breast
after marinating for a few hours, flatten the breast
spread the cheese and spinach on the breast
roll the breast tightly and wrap in 5 layers of plastic wrap
make sure it is a tight seal, tie it with kitchen string
Boil for 30 minutes and then let cool
In a blender, mix the chicken with a dash of milk
rub this mixture over the boiled chicken rolls (remove the plastic first)
and roll in a bread crumb mixture
Deep fry for a few minutes until the mix browns nicely
slice and serve with fries/salad
