Suggest a better descriptionMix all marinade ingredients together in a small bowl
Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes and place in a gallon sized ziploc bag.
Pour in marinade.
Seal and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour. (We did it overnight and it was delicious)
Heat grill to medium high heat.
While grill is heating make tzatziki sauce and refrigerate.
Skewer chicken, leaving a little space between pieces. Discard marinade.
Grill chicken for about 7-8 minutes, turning once
Remove from grill. Serve skewers with pita bread, GREEK SALAD, and tzatziki
