Easy crockpot all in one pot meal
Cut chicken in cubes and season with salt and pepper. Put in fridge for 1 hour
Prepare all vegetables and spices and put in slow cooker along with all the liquids (do not add zuchinni and green beans until later)
Mix well after all seasonings have been added, including salt and pepper and liquids.
Add chicken, mix, and turn on slow cooker to low for 6 hours.
At 5 hour mark add zucchini and green beans
At 5 1/2 hour mark add mixture of cornstarch and water to thicken.
Mix well then replace cover and cook additional 1/2 hour
