Place the chickpeas and black beans in a sauté pan over medium high heat with 1/4 cup water. Add cumin and coriander and cook until heated and water has evaporated, approx 3 - 4 min. Season with salt and pepper.
Place tortilla chips on baking sheet and top with chickpeas/bean mix.
Top with remaining ingredients, using cheese last.
Place under broiler for 3 - 4 minutes.
