Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet cook beef and onions until no longer pink. Drain off fat.
Stir in beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili peppers, chili powders, garlic and garlic salt. Stir. Add uncooked macaroni bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer, covered about 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring often. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand until cheese melts.
