Non classic chili with veggies, beans and meat. Delish!!!
In a dutch oven, combine olive oil, carrots, onions, celery, red bell peppers, salt and pepper. Allow to cook until veggies are soft. Add ground beef, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, chili pepper, adobe sauce and tomato paste. Allow meat to brown and combine with veggies. Add can of tomatoes, black beans and water. Cover and let simmer on low heat for approximatly 1 hour. Remove cover to allow sauce to thicken to your liking.
Serve along side white rice
