A truly refreshing and tasty soup!
1. Place cloves on a square of cheesecloth; tie with a string.
2. Bring spice bag, chopped peach, orange juice, and next 5 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until peach is render. Remove and discard spice bag; let peach mixture cool.
3. Process peach mixture in batches in a blender or food processor until smooth; stir in yogurt and candied ginger. Cover and chill; garnish if desired.
