Partir o chocolate em bocados e juntar à manteiga numa taça. Colocar a taça em cima de uma panela com água a ferver para derreter. Ir mexendo para misturar os ingredientes.
Paralelamente, bater 2 ovos e 2 gemas com o açúcar. Juntar a farinha e o sal assim que terminado.
Juntar o chocolate aos ovos mexendo lentamente com um salazar para fundir bem os dois preparados.
Colocar o preparado em 6 formas pequenas (previamente untados) e levar ao forno durante 7 minutos.
Retirar e deixar repousar por uns minutos antes de retirar da forma. Servir acompanhado do gelado.
